Using Blip

You may use Blip for lawful personal or internal purposes. You are responsible for the content you capture, import, annotate, save, or share through the app.

You must not misuse Blip, interfere with the service, attempt to bypass security rules, upload unlawful content, or use the app in a way that infringes another person's rights.

Your Content

You keep ownership of your notes, photos, audio, annotations, tags, and other content. You give us permission to process, store, transmit, display, and otherwise handle that content only as needed to operate Blip and provide the features you choose to use.

If you share a collection, people who receive access may view the shared content according to the sharing controls available in the app.

Apple App Store

If you downloaded Blip from the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also subject to Apple's applicable App Store terms. Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for Blip.

Service Changes

Blip may change over time. We may update, add, remove, suspend, or stop features where needed to improve the app, maintain security, comply with law, or operate the service.

No Warranty

Blip is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep the app useful and reliable, but we do not promise that it will always be available, error-free, or fit for every purpose.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SummitPeak Partners LLP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, or business arising from your use of Blip.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how Blip processes information.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date above. Continued use of Blip after an update means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
